Remove ld-is-gnu that it doesn't matter anymore. Remove the GNU ld comment about bindnow-flags that now recognize at least three different linkers.

Let libtool be patched so that libtoolize already bring in the FreeBSD patch. Experimental, needs to be tested for a while before going on main portage.

As now eautomake takes care of passing --foreign where needed, no need to patch netatalk to fix the foreign automake (patch sent upstream anyway).
