Update boostrapped portage to latest version
Make bootstrap_tree available, for the quick-bootstrap technique
Make sure fetch can write the file where it wants to
Set SYNC to something stupid, so it won't work.

also accept directory name turned around, because I like that more
Call make_tree only in bootstrap_all. Bump odcctools version. Refactor code to setup profile/config removing the wget/curl hack, instead bootstrap wget.
- unpack the alt-prefix-tree as portage - make messaging a bit more accurate - improve guesswork - added DEFAULT_PATH (which allows to bootstrap with only the portage target)
Let eerror write to stderr, and use eerror instead of manually echoing.

Erm... actually retain exg's intended behaviour of allowing the user to specify what part of the bootstrap is run.

Make the script a little bit smarter, and a little bit less assuming. Also, force user interaction by requiring prefix to be given as argument to the script. As side effect this makes the script safe to run to "see what happens".

Add findutils. rootuid is no more.
