Fix issue where libraries were being added via LDFLAGS instead of LDADD resulting in --as-needed breaking and LDFLAGS appearing to be ignored.

Diff to selected 1.3

Initial commit, ebuild written by me.

(Portage version: 2.1.9.46/cvs/Linux x86_64)

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
