Drop automake-1.4 dependency, as it's useless here.

The eclass uses autotools.eclass to rebuild autotools, and since it
doesn't set WANT_AUTOMAKE, it'll always use the latest version; the
dependency over automake-1.4 is, thus, totally bogus.
