Move fixes for kde4-* eclasses from overlay here:
Removal of eapi2 support.
Removal of quirks for eapi2 and koffice.
Additon of fdo/gnome-func eclasses to nicely update mime info.
Various whitespace and tiny bugs cleanups.
Addition of git to support upstream slowly moving to git.

Add new eclass for kde4-meta packages. Written by ABCD. Allows us smaller
meta packages.
