Added function to get the shell for a given user, and a wrapper function to check if login is disabled for the given user (needed to fix games eclass, see bugzilla).

Refactor egethome() function to use ${CHOST} instead of (deprecated) ${USERLAND}. Also add DragonFly support (same as FreeBSD).

Added portability eclass with seq() function to replace seq command. Make eutils use the new seq command for enewuser/enewgroup.
