Get collision-protect back on, thanks sping's smolt tool which made me notice.  Disabling this in Prefix is lethal.

Mark FEATURES=-sandbox globally because it fails to work reliably on any Gentoo Prefix platform.

Initial commit of prefix profiles on behalf of the prefix community

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
