Version bump to 3.6.0; adds GtkSearchEntry, GtkMenuButton, and GtkLevelBar widgets, and support for CSS cross-fading, animations, and blur shadows. Also bump gtk2 to 2.24.13 with a fix for the F10 issues (bug #399589). Drop old. Make license more precise.
