585This is a known problem. Windows refuses to boot when it isn't installed on the
586first hard drive and shows a black/blank screen. To handle this, you will have
587to "fool" Windows into believing that it is installed on the first hard drive
588with a little tweak in your boot loader configuration. Please note that in the
589below example, Gentoo is installed on <path>hda</path> (first disk) and Windows
590on <path>hdb</path> (second one). Adjust your config as needed.
